Yoga
In order to alleviate the spread of coronavirus, all yoga classes are only being offered online to students who registered for the session.
Robyn Lambert is a YogaFit Level 4 Yoga Teacher and teaches Hatha style yoga to students of all levels. Bring a mat, towel or blanket, and wear comfortable clothing. Mindfulness Yoga
These classes are designed to foster deep relaxation and mind/body connection. Each class will include restorative and gentle yoga poses and stretches, beneficial yoga breathing practices, and mindfulness meditations. All abilities are welcome.
Through the practice of yoga you can increase vitality, reduce stress, and improve coordination and balance. Other vital benefits include calming restless thoughts, cultivating concentration, supporting mental clarity and promoting self-awareness.
