Robyn Lambert is a YogaFit Level 4 Yoga Teacher and teaches Hatha style yoga to students of all levels. Bring a mat, towel or blanket, and wear comfortable clothing. These classes are designed to foster deep relaxation and mind/body connection. Each class will include restorative and gentle yoga poses and stretches, beneficial yoga breathing practices, and mindfulness meditations. All abilities are welcome.
