E4 Mental Health Ministry

E4’s mission is to Enlighten, Encourage, Educate, and Empower individuals and families about mental health in a faith-based community. At E4 we pray, study, learn, and plan action around mental illness and mental health for our congregation. We are studying the ELCA’s social message around “The Body of Christ and Mental Illness” and reviewing additional resources for faith communities.
