Augustana’s Transition Team hosts Listening Circles to hear from you!
As Augustana prepares for its pastoral search, Augustana’s Transition Team is offering a series of small group opportunities that we are calling Listening Circles. A Listening Circles is a group of 3–5 people, facilitated by a trained leader, who will discern the direction of Augustana together. Listening circles are a confidential, safe space where everyone has the opportunity to express their opinions without fear of judgment. We have a unique opportunity to reflect on where we have been, who we are now, and what we hope for in the future, and these listening circles will help guide the conversation.
We will be offering these circles on Sunday mornings in August and September. We will have time slots at 9:15 a.m. and at noon.
Please use the forms below to register to attend a Listening Circle. There are spaces for 25 people for each time slot, so you will need to register each person separately. Thank you!
