On Sunday, January 31, 2021, worship begins at 10:30 a.m. in real time. In order to participate fully, you will need to print or download a worship bulletin (available on our worship page) for you to print or open on another handheld device. The prelude will begin a few minutes before 10:30 a.m. as it ordinarily would for in-person worship. You’re invited to gather early for reflection and to get settled prior to worship. Holy Communion will be offered weekly so you may have bread or crackers and wine or juice ready if you plan to commune. Everyone is welcome for Holy Communion. Yes, this means you too. More direction will be given during worship.
Worship services will remain available for worshiping any time after the livestream at 10:30 a.m. The worship time change will be most dramatic for our early Sunday morning worshippers as that will no longer be available.
We invite your grace in these first weeks of livestream worship. One challenge is sound settings that integrate volumes for the organ, singing, and spoken word without fluctuations in sound for the worshiper. Other challenges will emerge and be tended to as we worship week-to-week. We hope and pray that our worship together is food for the soul and hope for the journey.
