Augustana’s Senior Ministry Committee occasionally sponsors field trips around and about the Front Range. On these day excursions we take off in mid-morning for our adventure and usually combine it with lunch somewhere on the road. Watch for these announcements in the Tower and weekly bulletins.
Are you in need of some handiwork around the house? Perhaps some minor repairs or installing things like hand rails, light bulbs or smoke detectors? How about some general maintenance like raking leaves or shoveling snow? Moving heavy items? There’s a ministry called Helping Hands at Augustana, consisting of several members who are happy to help those in need, especially seniors, single-parent families or simply individuals challenged with doing the work themselves.
