Director of Children, Youth and Family Ministry
Augustana’s Children, Youth, and Family (CYF) Ministry is faithful, inclusive, and vibrant. At Augustana, we celebrate the intergenerational worship experience with even the youngest children welcome in the pews. We strive to nurture, support, and encourage children, youth, and families, showing God’s love with conversation, play, and acceptance.
The Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministry leads alongside many committed and engaged adults and youth to shepherd Faith Formation, youth events and service trips, Sunday Lunches, and more!
Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000
