Special Congregational Meeting

A special Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, August 29, at 11:45 a.m. in the sanctuary following the worship service. The only agenda item to be considered is the proposed lease of eight parking spaces for the Habitat Dakota Avenue townhomes. These parking spaces would be located in the lower Fairfax Street lot and would be designated for those homeowners.
The approval of this proposal will assist Habitat as they continue the rezoning process with the City of Denver and continue conversations with the Preservation of South Hilltop neighborhood association. A quorum of 75 members is required to conduct business at this meeting, and all confirmed members are eligible to vote on this proposal. You are encouraged to attend this meeting as we move forward with this very important project.
