Augustana’s CAN Ministry will be hosting Undie Sunday on January 26. Throughout the month of January, we are asking for donations of underwear and socks to donate to Clothes to Kids and diapers and wipes for Foster Source. Items may be brought any Sunday in January and placed around the altar. (I’m chuckling already thinking how God will look down at our donation pile and smile.)
We will celebrate the success of our donation drive with a Bottoms Up Root Beer Float reception after 10:30 a.m. worship on Sunday, January 26 in Fellowship Hall. If you have any questions about this donation drive, call Augustana’s office (303-388-4678).

Clothes to Kids
For the nearly 195,000 preschool through twelfth grade students in the Denver Metro area from low income or in-crisis families, a barrier to success is often their lack of adequate school clothing. Clothes to Kids provides complete outfits for these children twice a year. The outfits include five new pairs of undies and socks, five tops, four bottoms, a coat, and a pair of shoes. Clothes to Kids is located at 2890 South Colorado Blvd. Unit M-3. Stop by to see the amazing work that is being done at the store. All underwear and sock donations must be new and will be given directly to Clothes to Kids to help keep bottoms covered!
Foster Source
Foster Source provides training and resources to foster and kinship parents statewide in Colorado. We are often asked for help providing diapers and wipes for two reasons: number 1 and number 2. Most foster parents have at least two children in diapers. The sizes we need most often are sizes 4 through 6, as well as pull-ups. Unscented or sensitive wipes are preferred! Sorry to sound cheeky, but(t) we would love your help!
