Foot Care Clinic
NarthexFootcare Clinic Foot care with Colorado Visiting Nurse Association allows patients to receive preventative care and discuss their health with a medical professional. Our nurses build relationships with our foot care clinic patients. These repeat visits let us look at health changes over time, and we can provide referrals for physicians or support systems. To…
